Illiniwek trailsystem is made up of mostly single track. There are 2 notable climbs of about 100' per loop, the rest of the trails are rolling hills that weave through the beautiful forest. Though there are rocks and roots, this trail would be considered pretty friendly in the trip hazard category! Which makes it perfect for a night race. You won't be lonely even if you are racing solo. There will be multiple manned water stations with music and plenty of energy on the 5.1 mile loop!!
